Account Deletion
You can delete your myfoursouschefs.com account directly in the mobile app, or contact us for help with a deletion request.
Delete Your Account in the App
- Open the myfoursouschefs.com mobile app.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile, then Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm the deletion prompt.
What Is Deleted
Account deletion removes your profile, saved recipes, meal plans, shopping lists, notification tokens, and personal account data associated with your user account.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons, such as payment records maintained by Stripe or aggregate logs that are no longer tied to an active account.
Request Help
If you cannot access the app, email support@myfoursouschefs.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your account.
